Service Description
Relax and indulge in a 30 minute sensory experience focused on your back, arms, hands and legs. This is the premium package minus the hair play for those who wish to keep their hair untouched. Light touch, gentle massage and a few tools will be used to achieve relaxation. Please wear comfortable clothing or tank top/sports bra if you would like skin contact. Washroom available to change/use. Amount of time on each body section geared toward your personal preference.
Cancellation Policy
At Creative Touch we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. CREDIT CARD ON FILE To book a session at Creative Touch, a valid credit card must be kept on file. This helps streamline our booking process and enforce our cancellation policy. 2. 24-HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE We understand life happens! However, to respect the studio's time and availability, we require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations and reschedules. - Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be charged. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged the full session fee. 3. NO SHOW POLICY If you do not show up for your scheduled session without the required notice, you will be charged the full session fee. 4. LATE ARRIVALS If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate our next client. Full session fees apply. 5. EMERGENCY EXCEPTIONS We understand that emergencies happen. In the case of a medical emergency or unforeseen circumstance, exceptions may be made at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. By booking a session at Creative Touch, you agree to the terms above.
